Join fellow Historic Oakland Foundation Members in celebration of Atlanta’s own Coca-Cola heritage at Oakland Cemetery!
During an exclusive tour, attendees will meet Dr. Joseph Jacobs and Willis Venable, who are permanently linked with Coca-Cola history. Dr. Jacobs operated a bustling pharmacy in downtown Atlanta, which served the city’s first Coca-Cola. Willis Venable was the fountain operator who poured that first fateful drink. After the tour, we’ll enjoy an informal reception with complimentary snacks and beverages utilizing Coke products.
