NOTE: This $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your niche. This deposit holds your space but is not the full purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid in order to complete your purchase. Within three business days of completing this transaction, you will be contacted via email by a member of Historic Oakland Foundation staff with instructions for completing the purchase of your columbarium niche, including how to remit the balance of payment due.
