The Day of the Dead festival is back! During this free event, you will learn about and experience a Day of the Dead festival at Oakland Cemetery. Celebrate with folkloric dances, crafts, foods, and meaningful traditions honoring lost family and friends.
Dress for the occasion and participate in the Catrinas and Catrines contest for both adults and kids.

Celebrate the end of the week at Finally, Friday, a monthly family-friendly event hosted at the Oakland Visitor Center.
No tickets or reservations required to attend — just meet at the Visitor Center from 5PM - 8PM and enjoy community, food, live music, learning opportunities, and fun at the liveliest Cemetery around.
